Yes, the warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, accidents, excess moisture, insects, damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, lightning, earthquake, or other external cause, power surges, connections to improper voltage supply, unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition, damages caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures, loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data, damages caused by use with non-Jecless products, or any defect or failure of compatibility arising from or related to the release of a subsequent version, edition or model by any third party manufacturer.

No, Jecless makes no express or implied warranties and disclaims any and all warranties including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

What is Jecless' liability in case of damages arising out of or in connection with the use of any Jecless product?

In no event shall Jecless Industries, its officers, directors, distributors, suppliers, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of any Jecless product, including, without limitation, device damage, data loss, or loss of use of any product.
