At JECLESS, we strive to process refunds promptly. On average, the refund process takes between 0 to 10 business days from the time your return is received and confirmed. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement for a defective product, you will need to return the item. Jecless does not cover the return shipping fee.

Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If you want to return a product and get a refund, please remember that you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return. Keep in mind that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Additionally, please be aware that there restocking fees of 11% deducted from your refund.
